WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS?
If the watch doesn't fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The watch must be undamaged, unworn, and in its original packaging. If the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos, and we will refund your money or send a replacement.
WHAT WARRANTY DO THE WATCHES HAVE?
We offer a 1-year warranty on all watches against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, impact, drops, contact with water beyond the 3 BAR water resistance rating, unauthorized tampering, or normal wear and tear of the strap or crystal.
