How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. Delivery then takes 1–3 business days. Orders received on weekends or holidays are shipped on the next business day.
How can I track my order?
Shortly after dispatch, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all European Union countries. If you are not sure whether we deliver to your country, write to us at info@fitzgale.com.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What are your return conditions?
If the watch does not fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The watch must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including the box, cloth, and certificate.
Can I exchange the watch for a different model?
Yes. Contact us at info@fitzgale.com with the order number and the model you would like instead of the original. We will take care of the rest.
When will you refund my money?
We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
What if my watch arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt and send photos of the damage and the packaging. We will refund your money or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.
ORDERING AND PACKAGING
What will I find in the package?
Each watch arrives in an elegant box, which you can use to store it. A cleaning cloth, certificate of authenticity, and warranty card are also included.
Where are your watches made?
We carefully select components from trusted suppliers worldwide, and every watch is finalized, adjusted, inspected, and packaged in Slovakia.
WARRANTY AND CARE
What warranty do the watches have?
We provide a 1-year quality guarantee against manufacturing defects for all FITZGALE watches. Your statutory rights under the 24-month warranty are not affected. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use, impact, drops, unauthorized tampering, or normal wear and tear of the strap or crystal.
Is the watch water-resistant?
The watch is water-resistant to 3 BAR, so it can withstand rain or splashing water when washing your hands. It is not suitable for swimming, showering, or use in a sauna.
How should I take care of my watch?
Regularly wipe the crystal with the included cloth. Protect the strap from water, perfume, and creams. When not wearing the watch, store it in its case to protect it from dust and scratches.
